CANCELLATION POLICY

Please allow 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it to an appointment. A 50% fee will be applied to a notice within 24 hours and due before booking your next appointment. Acceptances are made when emergences and illnesses show up unannounced.

NEW CLIENTS

The door at White Pine Yoga will only be open 15 min prior to your appointment but please arrive 5-10 min early to avoid standing outside and to fill out new client paperwork. As you know, Paige is located in beautiful downtown Pembroke. Parking downtown Pembroke can be tricky. Please give yourself enough time to find parking and make it to your appointment on time.

Parking suggestions:

-Street parking (Free after 5:00pm ) or pay at the meter

-Download the HonkMobile app and note what zone you are in listed on the meter you are parked at. You simply input your licence plate number and pay by credit card (super easy and convenient once set up.)

-Free 2 hour parking lots on Victoria St. across from the Armouries, Price St. and Alexander St.

LATE POLICY

You are responsible for the time reserved. If you are late for your appointment the treatment will end at the designated time with no change in fee. If extra time is available accommodations may be made.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Please arrive prepared to pay cash, debit, credit, cheque or e- money transfer. A receipt will only be issued post massage therapy treatment. Gift certificates are available for purchase but can not be put through extended health care benefits. Direct billing available for Blue Cross plan members only at this time.
